Pink Moon Winery consists of Florian Fauth, the viticulturist and vigneron, Georg Hartmann as consulting winemaker and manager and Marco Hartmann as assistant manager. We are a very small production winery, uniquely focused on off-dry and sweet white wines. We truly believe in low alcohol and a balance between acidity and sweetness.

We love Riesling, definitely, but what we are crazy for is Huxelrebe. We are very fond of this grape but even so, we don‘t have the intention to make the whole world understand what great wines can be made out of it, we purely want to spread our passion to all those who enjoy good things in life – and especially you!

The winery is located in Rheinhessen, Germany. We source our fruit entirely from our own vineyards around Westhofen, with the majority coming from the Westhofener Morstein, Kirchspiel and Rotenstein Vineyards, all owned by the Fauth Family for generations.
